March 27th, 2026: Jesse Carter has shared the stage with everyone from JJ Dy-no-mite to Dave Chappelle. His observational humor appeals to the voice in the back of your head, pointing out the absurdities of everyday life. As a 40-year-old that was single for nearly a decade, he's had plenty of time to think about the successes and failures of relationships and life. Let’s Party!

2025 Campus Tours: Distillery, Digester, Potato, Quinoa

Come learn about the rich agriculture and estate distillery of the Dune Valley Distillery. First we will sample some of our spirits and tour the distillery, heating systems, heat recovery systems, historic Colorado wine label, and our historic adobe gymnasium. Then we will go outside for a tour of the anaerobic digestion plant and its production of methane from organic materials. Then we will tour White Rock Specialty potato plant, and the home of North American quinoa at Colorado Quinoa. Then back to the distillery for a cocktail. Samples and 1 cocktail included in tour price.
