Description
Come learn about Dune Valley Estate Distillery's unique approach to making spirits. We produce non-neutral spirits from potato and quinoa that carry the terroir of the high altitude geography, soils, water, and air. Our facility utilizes innovative heating and cooling systems that aim to be low carbon and waste-free. The distillery is housed in a 1933 adobe gymnasium on an old school campus where the potatoes and quinoa are also processed. The tour includes a tasting of the spirits.
