Boriqua Food: A 5 Course Local Food Experience

Chef Steven Rodriguez guides us on a local food journey into the tastes, colors, textures, and stories of local food like you have never experienced. Each ingredient is be source-identified and highlighted in the cuisine, elevating your experience to something uniquely authentic yet grounded and humble.
Live music will accent the setting in an old gymnasium turned into state-of-the-art distillery and venue. Wine pairings will be offered of Carbone Wine, the recently re-launched Colorado winery license number one. Dune Valley Distillery cocktails christen the voyage. Coffee and tea included, wine and cocktails are separate.
Space is limited, reservation tickets are required.
Sunday lunch at 1:00 pm will be an a la carte menu, first come first served.
