Chef Steven Rodriguez guides us on a local food journey into the tastes, colors, textures, and stories of local food like you have never experienced. Each ingredient is be source-identified and highlighted in the cuisine, elevating your experience to something uniquely authentic yet grounded and humble.
Live music will accent the setting in an old gymnasium turned into state-of-the-art distillery and venue. Wine pairings will be available of Carbone Wine, the recently re-launched Colorado winery license number one. Dune Valley Distillery cocktails christen the voyage. Wine and cocktails are separate from the 5 Course Food experience.
